ToolPetal Discord video compressor: license and source notes

The Discord video compressor (https://toolpetal.com/discord-video-compressor)
runs a WebAssembly build of FFmpeg in your browser. These files are served
unmodified from the @ffmpeg/core 0.12.10 package published on npm by the
ffmpeg.wasm project:

  ffmpeg-core-0.12.10.js          = dist/umd/ffmpeg-core.js  (unchanged)
  ffmpeg-core-0.12.10.part1.wasm  = first 16,200,000 bytes of dist/umd/ffmpeg-core.wasm
  ffmpeg-core-0.12.10.part2.wasm  = the remaining 16,032,419 bytes

The .wasm file is split in two only because our host limits single files to
25 MiB. The page joins the two parts back together, byte for byte, before
starting it. SHA-256 of the joined file (and of the npm original):
